I am originally from Nigeria and seeing the cultural differences in the built environment has made me interested in how architecture in the UK can be implemented in less developed countries

Achievement: Parking Lot Renovation Project

Tasked to design a Pavilion. I made a building model, began using Sketchup, created a proposal for the building and developed my presentation skills by creating a presentation for the company. I managed to achieve great feedback from the company and developed my communication skills.

At this firm, I became more familiar with the BIM software such as AutoCAD and REVIT in order to layout mechanical pipe fittings for their current projects at the time

SKETCHUP

I have used Sketchup to design buildings/ structures and site models for university projects

TWINMOTION

Transferring Sketchup models to Twinmotion to create realistic 3d renders The ability to add features e g , artificial lighting, landscaping

PHOTOSHOP

I use photoshop to create graphic representation by refining design drawings (sections, elevations, interior and exterior perspectives) taken from Sketchup and or REVIT(adding texture)

RHINO AUTOCAD

Ability to create parametric designs, site models and floor plans using Rhino and grasshopper and using Ladybug tools

Ability to create basic floor plans, sections, elevations and draw objects for laser cutting site and concept models

Creating Graphics such as stakeholder diagrams, the ability to put together Presentation boards and portfolios
