Reviews
What can I say? Mark was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of selling my old home and buying my new home. He was the agent for both properties and was masterful at navigating our way through what was at times a turbulent process due to complexities at the very bottom of the chain. He was professional and calm and kept me appraised of all the facts immediately. He was the driving force behind moving the process forward and getting it over the line. He took the stress out of what can be one of life’s most stressful experiences. I highly recommend Mark and if I ever sell my new home, I’ll be giving him a call.

Rustic Wit & Rural Grit: The Irresistible Charm of Diddly Squat Farm
Where muddy boots meet motoring mischief in the heart of the Cotswolds.

Tucked into the hills of Chipping Norton, Diddly Squat Farm is Jeremy Clarkson’s delightfully chaotic take on rural life. What began as a farming experiment has blossomed into a cult destination for fans of “Clarkson’s Farm” and lovers of local produce with personality.
The Diddly Squat Farm Shop is small but mighty—stocked with tongue-in-cheek essentials like “Cow Juice” (milk), bee juice (honey), and the wildly popular Hawkstone Lager. Long queues are part of the charm, as are the muddy tracks,

oversized tractors, and panoramic Cotswolds views.
Don’t expect luxury or spa treatments—this is farming, Clarkson-style. It’s authentic, irreverent, and completely unfiltered. From bacon sandwiches served out of a trailer to farm-grown vegetables and local meats, everything is done with a wink and a dose of grit.
More than a pitstop, Diddly Squat is a celebration of British farming—unpolished, unpredictable, and unforgettable.

Making Your Dream Kitchen
For three decades, Hunt Bespoke Kitchens has been crafting exceptional kitchens from their local workshop, serving local homeowners and going as far as France. In an industry flooded with mass-produced solutions, Hunt stands apart as one of the few truly bespoke manufacturers who create every piece of cabinetry in-house.
What sets Hunt apart is their meticulous attention to detail. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all mentality, their kitchens built around the property and the clients that live in them. Their specialty lies in painted country kitchens with contemporary touches; a perfect marriage of timeless charm and modern functionality.
Hunt’s expertise truly shines in challenging spaces, particularly listed properties where awkward angles and period features demand creative solutions. Their years of experience navigating conservation requirements and unusual room configurations makes them invaluable in listed properties where ‘off the shelf’ just won’t work.
Recognising that exceptional design shouldn’t be exclusive, Hunt has distilled
their expertise into the new HBK Cabinetry collection. This made-to-measure range offers the quality and craftsmanship Hunt is renowned for, but more competitive pricing. Based on proven Shaker-style designs, HBK maintains Hunt’s bespoke standards while offering streamlined choices. Clients have paired HBK cabinetry with a fully bespoke island or specify it for utility rooms, creating flexible solutions that work within various budgets.
Hunt’s kitchen’s are built to last and the team repaint many after decades bringing them back to life with a different colour.
If you are thinking about a new kitchen then pop in to their showroom in Bloxham for a coffee and chat with the team. They will happily discuss suggestions and give their advice to make sure you get your dream kitchen.
Current trends and ‘must-haves’ kitchen features
1. Quooker boiling tap – we have tried all of the others and the original is by far the best. Not only do Hunt’s staff have them personally, they have moved house with them!
2. Showpiece Island – built to be the centre point of a kitchen. Diary tables (as we call them) are increasingly popular and we can even put charging stations in the drawers for phones and iPads.
3. Breakfast cabinet – Push in doors to reveal a cabinet with coffee machines and toaster ready for breakfast. When breakfast is finished, it can all be hidden from view. Crucial if running late for the school run.
4. Good quality hardware – Knobs and Handles are the finishing piece for your kitchen. Quality matters and poor quality hardware will make your kitchen look cheap. Ask the designers to show you a range and find the perfect pair to elevate your kitchen.
