Kindness takes work, but it pays off in many ways. Not only do those we show kindness to benefit, but we ourselves have a lot to gain. Studies show that practicing kindness provides greater life satisfaction, more meaningful relationships, and better physical and mental health.

Why not get on board? Commit to being kind! Visit www.AlexandriaMN.org/CommitToKindness to order FREE materials!

More importantly, share your stories about kindness online at Commit To Kindness on Facebook and/or Instagram.
