LETTING AGENT IN FLEET Lettings agents offer different levels of service to Landlords depending on their requirements. Honey Lettings offer three levels of service which all come at market leading rates. Tenant Find Once the agent has established the requirements of the landlord and checked the property is suitable, marketing would commence. Hopefully suitable tenants will come forward to view the property and offers to rent the property made. Honey Lettings will then discuss the offers with the landlord and if the landlord agrees we then move forward to referencing and credit checks. Honey Lettings don’t pay staff commission and so we have no incentive to push forward a less favorable applicant. If all is good we then draw up the tenancy, arrange a move in date and book the check-in inventory. Once the tenant has moved in the Landlord then takes over. Unlike other agents, Honey Lettings do not make further charges for tenant finds on an annual basis. Rent Collection This includes all of the services of tenant find and adds in the collection of rent each month. Chasing money is not everybody’s cup of tea. Fully Managed In addition to the tenant find and rent collection the fully managed service with Honey Lettings offers ongoing support to the tenant and the property. Following the initial property check after the first month we carry out quarterly visits. We work in the best interest of the Landlord whilst maintaining the legal requirements of property rental. Honey Lettings will have hopefully found you fantastic tenants but, like all homes, properties will require maintenance. The regular visits are important to spot issues before they get worse. The logging of inspections, even when no issues are found, provides evidence against any possible future claim. If problems are found Honey Lettings will refer back to the Landlord. We are happy to provide a suitable contractor or liaise with the Landlords preferred contractor. All issues reported by the tenant are logged and we do our best to get issues resolved quickly keeping tenants happy.

Choosing the service level may depend on your circumstances. Those with a good knowledge on property management may look for a low cost solution and so the tenant find may be for you. You may not like the idea of chasing money and so Rent collection could be an option.
