As mentioned in the first part, this report aims to fill the gap in knowledge regarding the contributions of SE in the field of IH. This report argues that a better understanding of these actors can contribute to developing future strategies to propel their practice through government programs and inspire new ventures in the field. This aim is achieved by answering the following research question:

To what extent does the type of social enterprise, role, and strategies deployed contribute to the incremental housing process?
