This project combines three civic programs into one building: municipal services, a library, and a childcare center. Pulling from themes of stationery and paperwork, the building mimics a book, slightly hinged open by a ribbon window wrapping around the exterior. The corner of the building peels up
by a paperclip inspired ramp that circles a large courtyard. This building began with a concept diagram that focused on the connections between center and central. The courtyard is folded away from the center to create a new central area that houses the main entrance and circulation core. The courtyard and central core are connected through the loops of the paperclip ramp. The landscape pulls from the theme of municipality as the placement of the walls are taken from the lines on my birth
places to sit as well as create unique circulation paths throughout the landscape.

This project is a museum expansion project for the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. The project began by investigating the typical archetypes that make up the spatial organization of museums and collaging the archetypes to create new ways of organizing space. The project is organized as a labyrinth that spirals around a central courtyard with various pocketed spaces protruding
two spiraling paths travel in parallel with one path occupied by gallery space and one occupied by allowing for the creation of varying spatial conditions. The ‘decaying’ exterior of the building and use of a courtyard space tie into the existing MASS MoCa buildings which repurpose an old factory. Cinema 4D with Octane Render was used to produce renderings.

Mývatn Brew Tower
SCI-Arc 3GA Vertical Studio, 2023
This project is a collection of boards for my ubmission to Buildner's "Iceland Beer Spa" competition. The competition challenged participants to re-imagine the existing beer spa at the Sel Hotel in eland. Program and site parameters were given and I worked on my submission over a six week

ALCL: Autonomous Landscape Conservation Lab
SCI-Arc 3GA Vertical Studio, 2023
Instructor: John Enright
ALCL is a state-of-the-art research center located in the forecourt of the Museum of Natural History in Paris. As we enter a future where technology, AI, and automation become more efficient and effective, we begin to see a replacement of human operated systems. For years we have seen a beginning to green space automation on a micro-scale, but what if these systems could work in complete harmony with plants without human intervention? This project proposes a fully automated greenhouse filled with robots and drones dedicated to studying, monitoring, and conserving the complex flora of our planet in response to the growing rate of destruction and extinction.
ALCL is a performance, both in the sense of implementing efficient systems and providing a stage for the collaborative dance between nature and technology. The project ties into the research aspect of the Museum of Natural History while offering a look into the future of conserving and promoting our natural world.

MASS MoCA Design Development
SCI-Arc Design Dev & Documentation, 2023 Instructor: Herwig Baumgartner & Scott Uriu
Alongside partners Tara Afsari, Jack Belter, Caroline Hayes, Aram Radfar, Liz Smilek, and Chuen Wu, we worked to further develope a MASS MoCA expansion project (by Tara Afsari & Chuen Wu) through the implementation of technology, materials, and integrated systems. Advanced construction methods, building codes/regulations, structural/mechanical systems, and environmental systems were all accounted for in our design. Working with field professionals allowed us to produce a documentation set in line with those produced within the architectural design industry.
Advanced Project Delivery
SCI-Arc Advanced Project Delivery, 2023
Instructor: Pavel Gotev & Kerenza Harris
In collaboration with Shahad Alshuaibi, Nikita Gorojanov, Adam Josephson, and Alexander Porter, we used Revit to design a multi-use building in Los Angeles and create a complete documentation set outlinging the design, construction, and systems.
