The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies has fundamentally transformed approaches to data processing, analysis, and the creation of digital products.

At the core of most modern AI systems lies text and data mining (TDM) — an automated process of analyzing large volumes of text and data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.

At

the same time, TDM inevitably involves the reproduction and extraction of information from copyrighted works, raising complex legal issues. In response to these challenges, the European Union adopted Directive (EU) 2019/790 on Copyright in the Digital Single Market (DSM Directive), which for the first time provides a systematic legal framework for the use of works for TDM in Articles 3 and 4.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the legal regime of TDM in the EU, assess its impact on AI development, and evaluate the balance between innovation and the protection of right holders.

Legal Framework of TDM under the DSM Directive Article 3: A Mandatory Exception for Scientific Research Article 3 of the DSM Directive establishes a mandatory exception to copyright for the use of works for scientific research purposes. It allows research organizations and cultural heritage institutions to reproduce and extract information from works to which they have lawful access for the purpose of carrying out TDM. The key features of this provision are: • Beneficiaries: universities, research institutions, libraries, and archives; • Purpose: strictly scientific research; • Condition: lawful access to the materials; • Legal nature: mandatory exception (no opt-out permitted).

A crucial aspect of Article 3 is that it cannot be overridden by right holders. Even where contractual restrictions exist, research institutions retain the right to conduct TDM. This ensures a stable legal environment for academic research and non-commercial AI development.

Article 4: A General Exception with an Opt-Out Mechanism Unlike Article 3, Article 4 provides a broader exception applicable to all users, including commercial entities and AI developers. However, this exception is subject to an important limitation: right holders may expressly reserve their rights, effectively opting out.

The main elements of Article 4 include: • Beneficiaries: any natural or legal persons; • Purpose: any form of TDM, including commercial use;

• Condition: lawful access; • Limitation: opt-out by right holders; • Retention: copies may be stored as long as necessary.

The opt-out mechanism is central to Article 4. Right holders may prohibit TDM through: • contractual terms; • machine-readable means (e.g., metadata or robots.txt for online content).

As a result, although Article 4 appears broad, its practical scope depends significantly on the decisions of right holders.

The Concept of “Lawful Access”

Implications for Artificial Intelligence Development Facilitating Innovation The DSM Directive represents a significant step toward legitimizing TDM in the EU. It: • reduces legal uncertainty; • provides predictable rules; • encourages investment in AI technologies.

Article 3 is particularly important, as it guarantees freedom of research for academic institutions without requiring authorization from right holders.

Constraints on Commercial AI At the same time, Article 4 introduces significant limitations for the commercial sector. The opt-out mechanism means that: • access to data may become fragmented; • large datasets may be partially unavailable; • developers must verify the legal status of each data source.

This leads to: • increased compliance costs; • legal uncertainty; • risk of copyright infringement.

Comparison with the U.S. Approach In contrast to the EU, the United States relies on the flexible doctrine of fair use. U.S. courts have often recognized TDM and AI training as transformative uses, which may be lawful even without the consent of right holders.

For example, in Authors Guild v. Google, large-scale digitization of books was held to be lawful under fair use.

As a result: • the U.S. provides greater flexibility; • the EU offers greater legal certainty, but with more restrictions.

Both Articles 3 and 4 rely on the concept of “lawful access.” This means that users must obtain content through legitimate means, such as: • subscriptions; • licenses; • publicly accessible online sources.

However, lawful access does not equate to unrestricted use. A user may have the right to read or view content, but not necessarily to reproduce or extract it for AI training purposes. This distinction creates a complex legal boundary between access and use, which remains a subject of ongoing debate.

Balancing Innovation and Copyright Protection The DSM Directive reflects an attempt to balance two competing objectives: 1. promoting technological innovation and AI development; 2. protecting the economic interests of right holders.

Article 3 clearly favors the public interest and scientific research, while Article 4 prioritizes the control of right holders.

Critics argue that the opt-out mechanism may: • limit access to data; • create barriers for smaller AI companies; • reduce the EU’s competitiveness in the AI sector.

Conclusion For lawyers worldwide, it is increasingly important not only to analyze existing legislation but also to anticipate its evolution. In the field of artificial intelligence, this dynamic is particularly evident: technological progress significantly outpaces legal regulation, forcing states and international institutions to develop new legal frameworks.

In this context, the DSM Directive can be seen as only the first step toward a fundamentally new architecture of copyright law adapted to the data-driven era. It is already clear that traditional licensing models — such as licenses for public performance, broadcasting, or online distribution — are insufficient to address new forms of use related to AI training.

In the near future, legal systems are likely to evolve toward the creation of new types of licenses, focused not on the “display” or “communication” of works, but on the processing, analysis, and transformation of data.

Such licenses may regulate access to datasets for TDM purposes, establish conditions for training AI systems, and provide mechanisms for compensating right holders

whose works are used within training datasets.

In a sense, this evolution resembles the transformation of the media industry — from cinema to television, and later to streaming platforms. However, unlike previous stages, where the primary object of regulation was access to content, the new paradigm focuses on content as a resource for generating knowledge and technological innovation.

Thus, the key challenge for modern law will be to develop flexible and technologically neutral mechanisms that both foster AI development and ensure fair remuneration for right holders. The effectiveness of this balance will determine not only the future of copyright law but also the competitiveness of legal systems in the global digital economy.

When a person first enters a courtroom in the United States, they are often surprised not only by the order in the room, but also by the atmosphere of the process itself. The judge asks few questions, the parties actively argue their positions, and every word of the attorney matters. In a Ukrainian courtroom, the picture is different.

There, the judge more often intervenes, clarifies, and guides the process. This is not accidental, but reflects two different models of justice.

M

y interest in this topic is not theoretical, but rooted in practice. For many years, I worked as a judge in Ukraine, making decisions in real cases on a daily basis. Today, I have the opportunity to study American law from within. This experience allows me to see the differences not only in legal rules, but in the very logic of how justice functions. What once seemed familiar now appears different in comparison. This is why this is not just an analysis of two systems, but a personal perspective on how differently courts can operate.

In the United States, the classic adversarial system is in place. The judge acts as an arbiter. They ensure that the rules are followed but do not collect evidence or assist the parties in building their case. If an attorney fails to ask an important question or present evidence, the court will not correct it. Full responsibility lies with the parties.

In Ukraine, the principle of adversarial proceedings is also established by law. However, in practice, the judge often plays a more active role. For example, if a party fails to provide an important document, the court may request it independently. If the circumstances of the case remain unclear, the judge asks additional questions. This helps establish the truth, but at the same time partially shifts responsibility away from the parties.

Another noticeable difference is the pace of proceed-

ings. In the United States, much of the work takes place before the trial. The parties exchange evidence, prepare their positions, and file motions. As a result, cases can take years to resolve. In Ukraine, court proceedings often move faster, as the judge can more actively influence the process.

At the same time, U.S. courts widely use modern technologies. Evidence is presented through presentations, videos, and electronic documents. This makes the process clearer and more structured for all participants. In Ukraine, such tools are only gradually being implemented.

Thus, both systems have their strengths. The American model offers a clear division of roles and a high level of responsibility for the parties. The Ukrainian model provides speed and flexibility in handling cases.

Perhaps the key question is not which system is better, but how to find balance. Because an effective court is not only about rules. It is about public trust. And trust arises where decisions are made both fairly and in a timely manner.

This balance is exactly the direction in which modern justice should move.

How the idea for the AI4BetterLife Institute came about I founded AI4BetterLife as an initiative in the summer of 2025, after several months of hearing the same conversation in different variations. Small business owners, professionals navigating career transitions, immigrants, women returning to work after a break - all of them could see that artificial intelligence was rewriting the rules of the game, and none of them knew where to begin.

I had something most of them didn’t. A legal and management background in the energy sector - an industry that is heavily regulated, technologically complex, and unforgiving of mistakes. An immigrant experience that makes it very clear how knowledge actually «lives» inside language, networks, and access. And a relationship with education that, for me, has never been just a career tool, but a way of being in the world. That combination

gave me a rare ability to translate: between big technology and the real-world entrepreneur, between the regulatory landscape and a specific business case, between Silicon Valley and an immigrant woman.

At first, I shared all of this privately - with friends, acquaintances, clients. It became clear very quickly that you can’t close this gap through a private channel.

The first conference: Fort Lauderdale, September 2025 I held my first public event on September 13, 2025, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The conference was called «AI for Business: A New Era of Opportunities» and was hosted with the support of UA Florida and within the framework of the Ukrainian American Business and Innovation Network, which I co-founded.

The logic behind the choice was deliberate: start where

there is already a community ready to listen, and test the hypothesis - is the demand for accessible, practical AI education really as large as it seemed to me?

I had planned an intimate format, but I had to expand registration capacity three times. The people who came weren’t a random crowd - they were owners of real businesses: restaurants, clinics, consulting and logistics companies. They brought with them questions you can’t answer without hands-on AI experience: how to implement AI without violating client privacy; whether it makes sense to pay for tools when you have a five-person team; how to redesign processes without losing what is already working.

I walked away from that conference with a clear understanding - and with a feeling you only get once or twice in a lifetime: you are exactly on the right trajectory. And that trajectory is bigger than any single event.

The second conference: Irvine, April 2026 I held the second conference on April 25, 2026, in Irvine, California - one of the most business-active regions on the West Coast. Our partners were local organizations, including the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles, one of the most influential immigrant organizations in the state, EvoNexus, a nonprofit startup incubator, and others.

And once again, twice as many people showed up as I had expected. This was no longer «a strong first event.»

This was a pattern. And when a pattern repeats itself in two such different regions of the country, turning an initiative into an institution is no longer ambition - it becomes a responsibility.

That is how AI4BetterLife grew from an initiative into an Institute. I chose the name deliberately: AI for Better Life - artificial intelligence for a better life. Not for «optimization,» not for «disruption,» but for life in the sense real people understand it: work, family, business, time, dignity.

My talk at the conference was on Responsible AI: Risk and Governance. I spoke about how an entrepreneur can adopt artificial intelligence without breaking the new rules of the game and without leaving themselves defenseless against future risks. That is exactly my role within my own institute: translating the regulatory landscape into the language of a specific business.

Launching the AI4BetterLife program for women It took me six months to develop a program for women that helps them adapt more quickly to the new realities of artificial intelligence. And on May 14, 2026, in Anaheim, California, the first dedicated AI4BetterLife workshop will take place in partnership with Access California Services.

This was a deliberate move. That organization has spent nearly thirty years working with immigrant communities in Southern California - both legally and culturally. Pairing the trust they have built within the community with my expertise in AI gives the program something that neither large online courses nor corporate trainings can offer: an immigrant woman who doesn’t live inside a LinkedIn feed gets to receive AI as a tool for her own life - from people she trusts.

Why a separate program specifically for women? Recent publications from Harvard Business Review and the

United Nations confirm what I saw at my own conferences: women use generative AI significantly less often than men, receive less support in adopting it at work, and are more likely to opt out of new technologies at the start of a career transition. If nothing changes, this gap will be locked into the structure of the future economy. I am not willing to leave that dynamic unanswered.

The third conference: Sacramento, May 30, 2026 On May 30, 2026, the AI4BetterLife Institute is holding its next conference in Sacramento, at the invitation of Ukrainian American House. The location is no accident: Sacramento has one of the largest Ukrainian diasporas in California, and it is the state capital.

California today is the flagship of American AI regulation: this is where laws are passed that often become a model at the federal level. I want to bring entrepreneurs together in the place where decisions are made. Not to scare them with change, but to give them a map and confidence. Sacramento is the place where their voice can actually be heard - if they show up at the right moment and properly prepared. I am working to make those moments systematic rather than accidental.

Plans for Chicago, and what it all adds up to The next major region of the Ukrainian diaspora is Chicago. I am currently in the process of selecting a partner there for the «AI for Better Life: A New Era of Opportunities» conference.

Chicago fits into my strategy as more than just a location. I have successfully completed the pre-LLM program, and this summer I will continue my education in the Master of Laws in A.I., Legal Innovation and Technology program at Chicago-Kent College of Law at Illinois Tech.

At my conferences, I keep repeating a line that has become AI4BetterLife’s unofficial motto: AI is moving forward — with you or without you. You choose: get in, or stay out.

I have made my choice - to build an institution that gives people a chance to grow. I am building the AI4BetterLife Institute with a confidence rooted not in enthusiasm, but in the calm math of the moment: education is humanity’s most democratic instrument, artificial intelligence is the largest wave of our generation, and the translator between the two is, today, a scarce resource.

They often call me a «digital dinosaur». It’s a title I wear with a certain amount of pride, not because I’m ancient, but because I’ve been navigating the digital ecosystem since the early 90s—back when remote work was done via fax machines and «e-commerce» was a radical concept.

My journey hasn’t just been about teaching digital transformation; it’s about the stories told, the bridges built, and the incredible people I’ve met through a global network that changed my life: Junior Chamber International (JCI).

T

hroughout my career as an international trainer, speaker, and guest professor, I’ve had the privilege of holding seminars and conferences in more than 60 countries across four continents.

But if there is one thing this global trek has taught me, it’s this: Technology changes, but human nature remains constant. To succeed in the former, you must master the latter.

The Academic Sailor: From Classrooms to Keynotes My professional life took a turn I never expected. While I graduated as an economist, I never actually worked in that specialized field. Instead, I found my mission as a storyteller traveler, someone who goes from “village to village” (or university to university) sharing experiences that inspire excellence.

Today, I split my time between the corporate world and academia. I teach digital transformation in leading universities across Europe and Ecuador, and I’ve served as the coordinator for the post-graduate program in Digital Marketing at the Portuguese Institute of Marketing Administration (IPAM) for the last 17 years.

Being a professor and a keynote speaker is, for me, an exercise in cultural humility.

From Sports to First Business Steps uslan was born into a simple family in the Zaporizhzhia region of Ukraine. His parents instilled in him a love for hard work: his father was a farmer, and his mother a cashier. Ruslan forged his financial path early on, earning money since the age of 14 by doing everything from collecting scrap metal to trading at local markets. His sports background— football, wrestling, and hiking—tempered his character, while his experience as a teacher and coach after

Known for his role in the landmark documentary Hoop Dreams and for his later work with veterans through the series Veterans Journey Home, Marx has long explored the complexities of identity, transformation, and human resilience. His reflections, however, extend beyond filmmaking. They address a deeper and increasingly urgent question: what it means to live with clarity and purpose in a time of global instability.

The event had two meaningful missions. First, it aimed to raise funds for children in Ukraine through Misto Dobra. In partnership with UWAA, a total of $9,000 was raised for charity. It is also a great honor.

Which Ukrainian songs resonate the most with American audiences? We have often performed — and continue to perform — for American audiences, as well as participate in various international festivals where we present Ukrainian songs and culture. Ukrainian ethnic music, especially traditional folk songs, resonates the most. They are very melodic and rich in harmonies, which truly captivates listeners. And when you wear traditional embroidered clothing, it becomes even more unique.

The fusion of Ukrainian ethnic elements with modern music is one of the strongest trends today — it is equally well received both in Ukraine and in the United States and truly connects with audiences.

Do you feel a difference in how Ukrainian music is perceived in Ukraine versus within the diaspora? Of course, there is a difference. In Ukraine, Ukrainian music is part of contemporary culture — listeners are more demanding and pay attention to style, trends, and innovation.

Especially now, Ukrainian music is actively developing and moving forward, particularly in recent years as it experiences a new rise. Abroad, within the diaspora — especially among older generations of Ukrainian Americans — Ukrainian music is not just music, but a deep emotional connection to Ukraine and their roots. Each song sounds deeper, sometimes even more painful. At the same time, in the current conditions of war, a new wave

of young Ukrainians who have recently moved abroad активно develop cultural life: they organize modern Ukrainian festivals, art exhibitions, invite Ukrainian artists, and hold concerts, thereby supporting Ukraine.

How often do you participate in charity concerts?

Who do you primarily support? Almost all concerts and festivals taking place now are charitable, in support of Ukraine. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, we have been actively participating in charity concerts and continue to raise funds to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as for the treatment and rehabilitation of Ukrainian soldiers. We also collaborate with charitable foundations. Charity concerts are a cultural front and our duty — to support Ukraine in this difficult time, wherever we are, whether in Ukraine or abroad.

You have received many awards. Which one is the most memorable for you and why? Three years ago, on Ukraine’s Independence Day, we were awarded the World Order “Golden Star” for cultural diplomacy. This is an international honorary award presented to figures in culture, art, sports, and diplomacy who promote Ukraine through their work. Every award is important and memorable for us, as each achievement comes through hard work on ourselves and our music. We value every recognition and award — each one is special, and we are sincerely grateful for them.

What challenges do you face as Ukrainian artists in America? There are quite a few challenges, as we are currently far from Ukraine. We do not have as wide an audience or as many concert opportunities as we would have at home. However, despite this, we continue to work actively: we write new songs, film videos, perform exten-

sively, tour across America, and participate in festivals and charity events supporting Ukraine.

We believe that Ukrainian music today has a special voice in the world. And even if our path is not easy, it is extremely important.

Are there other fields, besides music, in which you would like to realize yourselves? We are not only singers but also professional artists, as we have an academic background in visual arts. Our father is an artist, and from an early age our parents nurtured in us a love for art and shaped us as future artists. We graduated from an art school and also from Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University with a degree in Fine Arts and Graphics. However, music prevailed, so painting is currently more of a hobby for us. Still, we would like to further develop and realize ourselves in this field in the future.

We are also considering trying ourselves in teaching, in order to pass on our experience to others.

Do you plan to create new original Ukrainian songs or albums? Yes, of course. We are working on new material and collaborating with many well-known Ukrainian composers who write songs for us. Recently, we recorded a new composition titled “When I Embrace You” and are already planning its release. We have also completed work on a new album, which includes songs created and recorded over recent years. This is a very special project for us, bringing together different emotions, stages, and experiences that we have lived through with music.

How do you see the mission of Ukrainian song in the world today, in the context of war and global changes? The mission of Ukrainian song today is a cultural weapon, a voice of the people, and a way to preserve our identity in the world. Music tells the world about the war through emotions and serves as a powerful tool of unity.

Songs unite Ukrainians around the world — from those who remain at home to those in the diaspora. Ukrainian song is also cultural diplomacy. Thanks to artists and concerts, Ukrainian music is heard on all continents, because wherever Ukrainians are, Ukrainian song lives.

Creativity requires inspiration and strength. Where do you find these resources? Like all creative people, we are very emotional and sensitive, so we draw our inspiration from life itself. Every day we experience different emotions, feelings, and events — joyful or sad — and this inspires what we express in our songs. Successes and failures also motivate us not to give up and to keep moving forward. Concerts are another powerful source of energy — when people thank us for our songs and creativity, it gives us inspiration, strong energy, and love, which become our resource to keep creating.

What dreams or projects would you like to realize in the near future? We dream of returning to Ukraine and continuing our creative work there. Our plans include recording several new songs and holding solo concerts.

March 23, 2026, within the walls of the European Parliament’s Info Hub in Brussels, this language united Ukraine and Belgium.

The exhibition «Belgium Through the Eyes of Ukrainians» was more than just a creative milestone for me; it served as a platform for a profound philosophical statement on behalf of my people and my profession.

Speaking at the opening, I felt a particular sense of responsibility. We came to the heart of a united Europe not as supplicants, but as equal creators, bringing our intellectual and cultural capital to the collective European treasury.

The Engineering of Fate: «Hypnoticum Dual» and «Maxi-Mini Lum» The two works I presented at this exhibition are the results of a long transformation and the contemplative processing of a new life in emigration.

The first, «Hypnoticum Dual,» is a transformer-painting that I call an interactive «device for tuning fate.»

Here, the viewer ceases to be a passive observer and becomes the engineer of their own path. By changing the configuration of the canvases, we balance between the «chronicle» of the past and the «manifesto of will.» This is incredibly relevant for Ukrainians today: we are gathering the fragments of our former lives and rebuilding our internal core, finding an equilibrium between external stability in a new country and an unyielding internal fire.

The second work, from the «Maxi-Mini Lum» series, is an artistic metaphor for Belgian society. In it, the spiritual radiance of a person is identified with physical light. Some shine brightly on their own, while others find strength only in a group. Particularly significant is the figure of one who differs greatly from others yet has integrated and now shines with immense power. Together,

these diverse destinies create a harmonious pattern of contemporary art and life.

Official Recognition within the European Parliament This event was a landmark not only emotionally but also institutionally. My work and professional experience garnered sincere interest from representatives of the European Parliament. This resulted in the signing of an official consent for the use of my artworks and biographical data in official EU publications and databases.

For me, this is the ultimate confirmation that Ukrainian cultural diplomacy is working. The fact that my paintings are now integrated into the information field of Europe’s primary legislative body is a testament to our professional capability. We are building bridges that cannot be destroyed, for they are built on the foundation of creativity.

Artistic Dialogue and a Vision for the Future The exhibition would not have been complete without the creative contributions of my colleagues, each presenting their own reflection: Oleksandr Semenov expressed gratitude to Belgium through a camera lens; Liliya Chavaga explored future landscapes through conceptual collages; Tetiana Gubina turned to eternal symbols using the levkas technique; and Oleh Novaiev brought monumentality to the exposition through his expressive sculptures.

The event was complemented by a panel discussion: «Four Years in Belgium: The Final Year of Temporary Protection – What’s Next?» It was vital to me that the voice of artists was heard within the context of solving real social issues. We proved that Ukrainians are a colossal human resource, enriching Europe with talent and intellect.

Conclusion Art speaks where words are powerless. While our warriors defend the borders of freedom, we, the artists, are building the cultural space of that freedom within Europe.

I sincerely thank the European Parliament Office in Ukraine and the «Ukrainian Voices» team for organizing this exhibition. Special thanks to Belgium for giving us the chance to pick up our brushes again. My «engineering of fate» continues, and I am confident that many more configurations lie ahead, where light will always triumph over darkness.

On April 2, in sunny Sunny Isles Beach, Florida (USA), a special event took place, bringing Ukrainians together around the values of leadership, creativity, and philanthropy. In the intimate atmosphere of Rose Cafe & Restaurant, a charitable gathering was held with the ambassador of the magazine Ukrainians and the World — Svitlana Okhrimenko, a businesswoman, actress, and a vivid example of the modern Ukrainian woman who successfully combines entrepreneurship and art.

Her words found a response in every participant, because among the guests were entrepreneurs, artists, and activists — people who are also searching for a balance between material success and inner calling.

The Intimate Format — A Special Feature of the Event A unique aspect of the gathering was its камерність: only ten participants attended. This made it possible to create not just a lecture or discussion, but a true dialogue.

Guests had the opportunity to ask questions, share their own stories, receive support and inspiration. The conversations touched on topics of self-realization, fear of change, the importance of inner honesty, and the role of one’s environment in achieving goals.

he event was organized by the International Association “Intellectual Leadership,” the International Internet Film Festival Star Independent, and the media magazine Ukrainians and the World, with support from the Yaremchuk Group. The камерний format of the meeting — held within a close circle — created an atmosphere of openness, trust, and genuine dialogue.

A Story That Resonates The central theme of the meeting became the question that concerns many people today: how can one successfully combine business with the realization of creative dreams?

Svitlana Okhrimenko shared her inspiring path, proving that it is possible. Behind her are more than 35 film and television roles, as well as a successful business career. During the gathering, she openly spoke about her personal journey — about searching, doubts, courageous decisions, and inner transformation.

“We often postpone our dreams for ‘later,’ believing that we first need to achieve stability. But in reality, that very dream becomes the source of energy that moves us forward,” Svitlana shared.

Charity as Part of the Mission A separate part of the event was dedicated to charity.

All donations collected during the gathering (30 donations) were directed toward the creation of a children’s theater — a symbolic mission that responds to one of today’s greatest challenges: children affected by war need not only physical recovery, but also emotional healing.

The project is being implemented at the initiative of Andrii Karpov and aims to create a space where children can develop creatively, restore emotional balance, and believe in the future again.

Thus, the gathering in Miami became not only a source of inspiration for adults, but also a contribution to the future of Ukrainian children.

Ukrainians Around the World: The Power of Unity This event once again proved: wherever Ukrainians may be, they are able to unite around important values.

Business, culture, education, charity — all of this becomes part of a shared movement aimed at supporting and strengthening Ukraine.

The organizers are actively working to create platforms for the exchange of experience and the development of Ukrainian leadership around the world. The International Association “Intellectual Leadership,” the Star Independent Festival, and the magazine Ukrainians and the World continue to open new names in culture and industry, while also highlighting stories of success and transformation among Ukrainians worldwide.

Inspired Children Participants of the event admitted that this gathering became a point of reflection for many. Someone decided to take the first step toward their dream.

Someone found new contacts for collaboration. And someone simply received the support they needed for a new stage in life.

It is precisely such events that create an environment where new ideas, projects, and partnerships are born.

More Than Just a Gathering This event became more than simply a beautiful occasion. It became a story about the power of personality, the importance of dreams, and the ability to leave a mark in the world even through small actions.
