Leadership & Growth

COVID-19 Response

Branded Group has continued it’s commitment to continually improve and educate its management and leadership team. Building upon our initial investment with AS Consulting Group in 2019, we have continued to develop long term business growth strategies. As part of ongoing developments, the business achieved the following key deliverables in the period:

Due to changes made between 2018 and 2019, Branded Group was well positioned to continually counter the impacts of Covid-19. Priority was first placed on the implementation of measures to protect the wellbeing and safety of our valued employees.

●Improved and re-developed USP ●Revised company values and purpose ●Improved Sales and Sales team structure.

The business continues to invest in leadership and drives departmental initiatives and plans.

During that period, Branded Group maintained a high level of customer service through the combination of working from home measures and remote management of our multiple production and service facilities. We successfully implemented and delivered upon multiple marketing campaigns with no disruption to our customers needs. Branded Group qualified for the Federal Government’s JobKeeper Program based on the year on year revenue reduction. We are confident that we will maintain a strong position to meet the challenges, uncertainties and disruptions of the global crisis.

Working Conditions Over the reporting period, Branded Group continued to offer all employees flexible working arrangements. We provided these either as a formal agreement or on an ad hoc basis. Investments made in cloud based computing and the response to the global COVID-19 pandemic has made flexible working arrangements a standard practice within our business. We have formally introduced a permanent work from home arrangement (WFH) for all employees on Friday.
