Lee County High School TOREY BYNUM JR.

Torey Bynum Jr., a distinguished student from Lee County High School, has shown exceptional dedication to electrical systems and environmental engineering. Torey has completed an electrical systems assistant certificate and an electrical construction technology diploma with honors and distinction and is currently working on a photovoltaic systems installation and repair technician certificate graduating Spring 2023. His academic achievements have earned him acceptance into numerous prestigious universities, including Auburn, Clemson, and Virginia Tech, among others. Torey is an avid fisherman and is actively involved in extracurricular activities such as serving as the Vice President of Kappa League, participating in T.E.A.A.M.S., and being a member of the Beta Club, National Technical Honor Society, and the National Society of High School Scholars. Currently interning with MCLB Engineering Technology through ATC, Torey’s well-rounded background and passion for his chosen field make him a promising future leader in environmental engineering.
