Designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, The Solaire, Manhattan's renowned waterfront residence, holds the distinction of being one of America’s first green high-rise residential buildings. Located in the heart of Battery Park City, The Solaire is enveloped by acres of green space. The acclaimed design firm, COOKFOX Architects, has artfully reimagined a collection of residences and amenities in line with contemporary sensibilities and an ongoing commitment to sustainability. The Solaire has emerged as one of New York's most enviable addresses and will continue to perform to the highest building standards.

A thoughtfully-designed lobby welcomes residents into a sophisticated, tranquil environment brimming with natural light. The grand entrance on River Terrace enjoys a two-story ceiling height that creates a cheerful sense of openness, and bridges views from the Hudson River to Teardrop Park. Large windows, nautically-inspired materials, and attractive and comfortable furnishings create a perfect transition between city life and luxury green living on the waterfront.
