Alaquainc multiple effect evaporative system Alaquainc is famous for manufacturing of evaporators. The evaporators available in various designs and functionality in the industry for different process. It is also termed as concentration technology and widely used in evaporation plants. Almost all the evaporators used steam for heating that heats the product lying on the other side of the heat transfer surface. In evaporation technology, industrialist basically targets on two things, first one is maintaining the quality of the liquid during the evaporation process and second one is to prevent the product from damage, due to these reasons they expose the liquid product to probably the minimum possible temperature for minimum possible time. In our product folio, evaporative system multiple effect have more significance. In simple applications, where the product is clean and temperature stable we used normal circulation, but due to Evaporators low temperature we used a different method in circulation which is termed as forced circulation. Evaporators forced circulation leads to high heat transfer coefficients, positive circulation, reduced fouling or scaling, higher cost, power consumption, longer holdup of the product due within the heating zone.

From an evaporator water vapour is entrained and compressed with high pressure of steam in a thermos compressor so that it can be condensed in the evaporator heat exchanger. This resultant pressure is intermediate to that of the motive steam and the water vapor.
