Keep track of your customer account online

Did you know that you can check your account details, deliveries and standing order with Åland Post Stamps online? Choose “My page” at the top of the menu at www.alandstamps.com or go directly to “Log in” in the web shop at https://webshop. alandpost.com/en.

If you have placed orders in the Åland Post web shop previously, you have already created a web shop account that has now been merged with your customer account: You go to “Log in” on the menu at the top of the page and log in as usual with your e-mail address and password. Under “My customer details” you will find various tabs revealing your address details, deliveries, current balance and standing order subscription.

If you have not previously made use of the web shop, you must first activate your customer account to obtain access to your account details. Here’s how: 1. Go to the web shop and click on “Register” in the menu at the top of the page. 2. Choose the box “Existing customer”. Fill in your account number and the invoice number of one of your latest deliveries. Click on “Search”. Your account number and address details should now appear. 3. Enter your e-mail address and choose a password. Complete the activation process by clicking the “Register” button. Your customer account has now been activated. 4. Choose “Log in” on the menu at the top of the page to log into your account with your e-mail address and password.

Through your online account, you can change your delivery address. For changes to your standing order subscription, please contact customer service.
