The steps outlined below are important to ensure all parties are prepared for the upcoming move.

Please schedule a date and time for your move into The Edmondson Collection by following the prompts. ALAND Care is available as a mobile app on iOS and Android.

Removal vehicles up to 2.2m in height may enter the residential basements located at Passendale Road for Building A and B. However, Building C residential basement carpark entry will only be accessible via Soldiers Parade. Removal vehicles larger than 2.2m in height will be able to park on Somme Avenue for Building A and on Passendale Road for Building B. Parking will be available outside the entrance lobbies. Ensure that your furniture is kept well away from any overhead water sprinklers, thermal detectors and smoke detectors. Please note: • You will be charged for any damage to these fixtures or in the event that they are mistakenly activated, and the emergency services deployed.

Please note: • You should not drag heavy objects across the carpet, tiles or other flooring anywhere in the building. Use appropriate moving blankets or trolleys. • You will be charged for any damage to these surfaces caused by yourself or your removal team. The responsibility for any damage that occurs inside the unit lies with the owner and cannot be recorded as a defect. • Please dispose of bulky packing goods and excess packing waste from your home to recycle bins located in the basement waste room. • Ensure that lift covers/curtains are installed in the lifts. If no covers are installed, please contact your Building Manager on 0486 105 619.
