Move-In Guide
To facilitate a smooth move-in process for you and your removalist, once your property has reached final settlement, please book your move through our ALAND Care system using the link below. The steps outlined below are important to ensure all parties are prepared for the upcoming move.
Make a booking
In the days leading up to your move
Please click the BOOK NOW button to log into the ALAND Care system and set up your profile.
Your username is jasmine your password is jasmineresident
Once you have set up a profile with a username and password, Building Management will approve your request. Please schedule a date and time for your move into Jasmine, Schofield Gardens, by following the prompts.
ALAND Care is available as a mobile app on iOS and Android.
Please ensure you have booked your move-in date through the ALAND Care system. If you experience any difficulties with the booking link, please contact the Building Manager on:

The day of your move
Removal vehicles up to 2.2m in height may enter the residential basements located at 3 Taupe Glade, Schofields.
Vehicles up to 4.5m in height may enter and unload from the loading bay located at 4 Taupe Glade, Schofields.
Ensure that your furniture is kept well away from any overhead water sprinklers, thermal detectors and smoke detectors.

• You will be charged for any damage to these fixtures or in the event that they are mistakenly activated, and the emergency services deployed.
