Golf UPCOMING  CALENDAR OF EVENTS Cobra Demo Day Saturday, June 12 12:00 Noon 4:00pm Call the Pro Shop to schedule a time

Junior Golf School (ages 7 and Up) Tuesday Thursday : June 15 17

The project on hole #17 is well under way and, knock on wood, the crew seems to be moving along pretty well. We will keep you updated on the progress as they move through 17 and then on to 18. We also have some very important updates below please take a moment to read them over. These recent warm nights have really done a lot to assist the bermuda grass around the course and we will continue to see many areas filling in nicely. Director of Grounds Peter Horn and Superintendent Jeff Van Pelt and their team have been working hard to finish the area between 12 and 17 to complement the drainage work TDI is performing on 17. We should see the final touches of sod over these next few weeks. The team has also been prepping disturbed areas, and areas that don't appear able to fill in for sod. We are asking that our golfers assist in keeping these areas of repair, as well as the course as a whole, in the best possible condition by doing the following: Single Rider Carts should only occur as a necessity due to odd numbered players in a group or due to specific health related circumstances such as to avoid cigar or cigarette smoke.

Couples 9 & Dine Friday, June 18 5:30 Shotgun

The continued use of extra carts is beginning to show not only on the course, but also in the wear and use of our cart fleet. We still need to get 2 seasons more out of these carts and we have already made up for the time we were closed in 2020 plus some.

New in the Golf Shop

We are seeing a significant uptick in play which is awesome but we need to be good stewards to the course and not cause unnecessary wear and traffic.

New Spring/Summer Peter Millar Men’s GForce Shoes Winston Leather Head Covers Odyssey White Hot OG and Ten, EVNRoll, Ping Heppler and Taylor Made Spider putters

Golfers need to resume sanding their divots, raking bunkers, and continue to re pair ball marks as well as those of others a great way to think of it Always strive to leave the course in better condition than you found it! Acknowledge and follow the Conditions of Play for the Day Follow Cart Rules as described If carts are restricted to the path on a hole, that includes keeping the cart off the surrounding rough and teeing areas Driving a cart along the rough line is actually worse than driving in the fairway as the rough tends to hold more moisture longer Do not drive carts beyond the Path Return Stakes (the brown stakes with white caps, short of the green) these indicate carts need to return to the path prior to the spot of the stake If we all do our part, we will continue to have a thriving and beautiful course that will only get better and better as it matures!
