IMPORTANT REMINDERS: Members should anticipate a delay on days when temperatures near, reach, or dip below freezing during the course of the night prior. Bentgrass, like most living things can be very sensitive to freezing temperatures; and especially the time transitioning between frozen and thawed ground. With our infant greens, we will make the best decision for the continued health and management of our new putting surfaces. The Golf Shop will contact groups by 9:00am if we are under a delay for our scheduled 10:00am start. If we cannot start at 12:00pm, the Golf Shop will confirm that the course will remain closed.
Please do not sneak out onto the greens while the course is closed, including our practice greens this could cause irreparable damage.

In addition to Saturday, December 26th and Sunday, December 27 immediate family guests will be allowed for play on Thursday.

Carts will need to return to the Golf Shop by 3:30pm. Saturday & Sunday will remain Double Tee Starts beginning at 10:00am. Tee times will be available 1 week in advance on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. Tee times may be reserved via phone beginning at 8:30am.
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 26 • OPTIONAL GROUP GAME 1 GROSS, 1 NET The Golf Shop will have an optional game for groups on Saturday, December 26. We are unable to have our Annual Christmas Classic, however for those groups who are interested we will have a 1 Gross, 1 Net game. Entry fee will be $80 per team (member charge), and we will pay out Gross and Net Divisions in Shop Credit. Closest to the Pin contests will pay out Gross and Net Divisions in Shop Credit. Closest to the Pin contests will be on all Par 3’s. Teams will need to confirm with the Golf Shop prior to play and include tee selection and handicap information for each player (guests will need to have a handicap to compete in the Net Division). Results will be posted by 12pm on Sunday, December 27.
FRIDAY, JANUARY 1 will be designated a Holiday and our round count will be raised to 64 and all three weekend days will be available for immediate family guests. TEE TIMES FOR FRIDAY, JANUARY 1 may be reserved beginning Thursday, December 24 at 8:30am. All other days will remain on a 7 dys in advance schedule.

ACC RACQUET SPORTS FANS We have closed courts 13 for the season. Courts 4 & 5 are open unless deemed unplayable. The hard courts will remain open for tennis and pickleball play. We are continuing junior tennis clinics through the winter season as afternoon temps will be warm enough for play. With only 3 courts until spring, I ask all members to please contact the Pro Shop for court reservations or the ball machine. All clinics and lessons will take priority over open play.
