Gavin and Scott both came to this area as Elon students. Scott played football (Go Phoenix!) and Gavin majored in studio art. They both started working for the university after graduating (four years apart) and met while pursuing MBAs from Elon. Next year Scott will celebrate his 20-year anniversary working for their alma mater! Gavin has worked in both the non-profit and corporate sectors from NYC to Greensboro, but after their first daughter was born she made a conscious effort to begin investing in the community that would be her hometown. Gavin just celebrated five years with the Alamance Community Foundation.
They have three adorable daughters: Atty – 6 ½ and she loves making art and playing with her friends. Myers is two and loves water play, books and bossing around her twin sister! G.G. is also two and she loves dolls, stuffed animals, books and playing with her sisters. They are looking forward to playing golf, enjoying the pool, camps, socializing and getting more engaged in the community. Please reach out to them and give them a warm welcome to ACC.
