Reservations shall be made for all regular club functions and on any other occasions requested by the manager. For reservations canceled less than 48 hours prior to the event, the member will be charged 50% of the cost. For reservations canceled less than 24 hours prior to the event, the member will be charged 100% of the cost.
On special holidays or celebrations such as Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and the Christmas Buffet, if reservations are not canceled at least 48 hours prior to the event, the member will be charged 50% of the cost; less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of the cost.
It is our goal to provide all members and their guests with the best service possible. To help ensure this we must manage table size to allow both our service staff and culinary staff to deliver the expected level of service. Any reservation over 12 will not be able to order off the a la carte menu. Tables over 12 will need to make arrangements through the catering department for a personalized and limited menu. Any table with over 12 will also have a 20% service charge. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

From generation to generation, the Mo Family has a deep connection to the community. Susan’s family ties extend back to her grandparents and her pare who were lifelong members. Steven an Susan's wedding celebration, held in t beautiful ballroom on June 19, 1999, a crucial milestone in the family's ACC journey. As they approach their 25th wedding anniversary in June, the Mos family reminiscence on family memorie and times they have shared at ACC.
A turning point for the Moss Family ha They thoroughly enjoyed the evening a Not long after, they joined ACC and ha love for the entire family, with their three sons spending a lot of time on the course. Their son Harris is a student at East Carolina University, Hunter is pursuing his education at Alamance Community College, and Hudson, a high school Junior, is a key member of the Western Alamance High School golf team.
Steven actively participates in golf tournaments, particularly enjoying the Member Guest, Member Member events, and the SIM league. Susan, on the other hand, enjoys the Ladies Play Day and the Couples’ Golf tournaments. For the Moss Family, ACC is more than just golf; it's an experience that includes social events, exercise, and dining. They are proud members of the wine club and actively engage in numerous club-organized activities. Having grown up in Alamance County, the Moss Family appreciates the familiar faces among members, creating a sense of community and connection.

How it works: Every member family has their name in the tumbler. One name will be drawn at random. The winner MUST BE PRESENT IN THE GRILL OR SADDLECLUB LOUNGE! The gold starts off at $300 in credit.
Each week that the name drawn is not present, the name goes back in and the pot grows by $100 (capped @ $2000). This continues until someone wins and then the pot restarts at $300. So make your reservations, bring your friends, and come out to test your luck!
We draw every Thursday Night at 7pm! Must be present to win!
