Reservations can be made with Jenn Handwerk. Due to the nature of the event the cancellation deadline is 1 week prior to the game to avoid being charged for tickets. Reservations open November 1st. Enjoy chauffeured premium bus transportation to and from the game, with a bartender! Enjoy drinks and snacks with other members before and after the game. All games are open to all members and their families. We picked dates that might be great family outings near the holidays and open to kids as well. We have 20 tickets available for each of the three games and will be available on a first come first served basis.

Learn to play American Mah Jongg the National Mah Jongg League way. In three 3 Hour classes you will learn the basics of the game and be ready to play. Dana Lange has been teaching Mah Jongg over 25 years across North Carolina and around the world. She promises it is the most fun class you have ever taken. It’s a game, it should be.

This week's member spotlight shines on Emily Denisar, a valued member of Alamance Country Club since 2017. Alongside her husband, Brian, and their three delightful children, Braden, Madisyn, and Cameron, Emily has made the club a second home. A true advocate for community engagement, Emily encourages new members to embrace the diverse range of activities and events offered by the club. She believes that these gatherings provide the perfect opportunity to forge new connections, fostering a sense of camaraderie that extends beyond the club's boundaries. Her advice to newcomers is uplifting: "Embrace the activities and go to these events. These events are the perfect way to meet new people, form connections, and potentially find a family that you can call your friends." In the spotlight this week is Eric Simpson, who has been an integral part of Alamance Country Club for the past two years in his role as Maintenance Director. Coming from Elon, where he attended Western Alamance High School, Eric brings a deep connection to the local community. Over the course of his career, Eric has accumulated experience in roofing, tile repair, and general maintenance, showcasing a versatile skill set that greatly benefits the country club.
Eric's journey to Alamance Country Club was a fortunate one, as he stumbled upon the application while living in South Carolina. Motivated by a desire to revisit Elon and witness the area's transformation, he found himself falling in love with his hometown all over again. Alamance Country Club recognized Eric's talents, offering him a position that prompted a significant life change.
Eric made the decision to relocate back to Elon to be closer to his family, demonstrating not only his professional commitment but also his dedication to personal values. In the end, this was a blessing in disguise. The club is truly grateful for Eric Simpson's dedication, willingness to contribute, and the positive mindset he brings to enhance the atmosphere at Alamance Country Club. @alamancecountryclub

How it Works:
How it works: Every member family has their name in the tumbler. One name will be drawn at random. The winner MUST BE PRESENT IN THE GRILL OR SADDLECLUB LOUNGE! The gold starts off at $300 in credit. Each week that the name drawn is not present, the name goes back in and the pot grows by $100 (capped @ $2000). This continues until someone wins and then the pot restarts at $300. So make your reservations, bring your friends, and come out to test your luck! We draw every Thursday Night at 7pm! Must be present to win!

Kids just want to have fun, so let them come to Kids’ Club while you enjoy your dinner or event at the Club $20 per child | $30 Guests - Includes Meal MUST MAKE RESERVATION at least 48-hrs in advance for non potty-trained and at least 24-hrs in advance for all other children. If you must cancel, we require a 24-hour notice. Members will be charged 100% of the fee for no-shows or cancelling less than the 24-hour notice unless you fill the slot. Reservations may be made up to one-week in advance only and you must make a dining reservation when making your Kids’ Club reservation. A dining reservation will be required before you can make a Kids' Club reservation.
