Megan and Patrick Noltemeyer make family a top priority. They spend most of their time keeping up with their very active boys.
Though Patrick spends much of each day in an office environment at Elon, his natural inclination is to be outdoors, having grown up spending weeks and weekends at summer camp or on Boy Scout excursions. He enjoys the opportunity to experience live music any chance he gets.
Megan was born and raised in Atlanta with her four siblings. She grew up playing all the sports, trying to keep up with her brothers, and enjoys spending time with her friends, laughing, and good music.
Patrick grew up in Louisville, Kentucky and Megan in Atlanta Georgia. They both have multiple degrees. Patrick graduated from– DuPont Manual High School (KY), Centre College (College KY), University of Kentucky (Masters – KY) and University of Louisville (Doctorate – KY). Megan graduated from The Galloway School (GA), Davidson College (NC) and
Patrick and Megan are both employed at Elon University. Patrick is in the President’s Office and Megan is VicePresident for Student Life’s Office.
Patrick loves Megan’s hashbrown casserole, a perfectly cooked steak, and strawberry rhubarb pie while Megan enjoys tomatoes, strawberries, and steak on the grill.
Patrick loves the mountains and the lake and Megan loves most places with family, but Costa Rica, Italy, Lake Burton and St. George Island top the list.
Patrick enjoys gardening and reading and Megan likes watching their boys do all the things they love (mostly sports), tennis, playing games and reading. They have two wonderful sons: Jackson, 12 years old and Marshall, 9 years old They have one furry family member, a Goldendoodle, Sadie, that is 4 years old.
They are looking forward to joining the ACC community, getting to know more people, and enjoying all of our favorite activities with friends and family.
