Please Welcome Carlie to the Team Carlie is a current M.A. student studying Business Communication and Leadership and hopes to graduate in May 2022. She has graduated with her B.A. in Event Management focusing on business administration and hospitality. Carlie has an abundance of experience in the event and hospitality industry. This includes weddings, corporate, university events, parks and recreation, and social media marketing. She spends her free time she enjoys traveling across the United States to learn more about the hospitality industry.

Please Welcome Larkin Herring to the Team Hello Everyone! My name is Larkin Herrin but I go by Ms. Larkin, Coach Larkin, or Coach. A lot of you and your children may already be familiar with or know me as I am a teacher and coach at Turrentine Middle just up the road from here. I currently teach in an EC classroom focusing on those students who have moderate to severe Autism that requires them to need significantly smaller class sizes, less distractions, and a separate curriculum. I’ve been in the Burlington area for going on 6 years now and am excited to add the Country Club as somewhere that I get to grow within the amazing community that surrounds Burlington. I grew up in Greensboro and went to Page High, followed by Greensboro College where I played basketball and got my degree in Special Education. I currently do not have any children of my own but I do have 4 dogs and a cat and 2 nieces that keep me especially busy when at home. I have played and/or coached just about every sport under the sun but I am especially drawn to swimming and volleyball when it comes to coaching. I’m excited to be this year’s coach for our very own Swimming Piranhas and aquatics manager for the summer. I am looking forward to getting to know all of the wonderful families over the summer and spending time with you all as well. If you have any questions about swim team, swim lessons, or pool things, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Can’t wait for opening weekend but until then, stay dry and safe! Coach Larkin

Kenny’s work ethic, attention to member detail and outgoing personality are second to none. Downstairs in the Clubhouse Kids just want to have fun, so let them come to Kids’ Club while you enjoy your dinner or event at the Club $20 per child | $30 Guests Includes Meal

MUST MAKE RESERVATION at least 48hrs in advance for non potty trained and at least 24hrs in advance for all other children. If you must cancel, we require a 24hour notice. Members will be charged 100% of the fee for noshows and cancelling less than the 24hour notice unless you fill the slot. Reservations may be made up to oneweek in advance only and you must make a dining reservation when making your Kids’ Club reservation.

Reservations MUST be made by 1946 Grill Dining App, or by calling Jenn Handwerk @ 3365840345. Marcy will no longer be taking reservations. If you need help with the App, contact Jennifer Smith @ jsmith@alamancecc.net

Dear Friends, Morning Kids Club is so much fun! We will continue to have morning Kids Club till May 26th. My favorite season is coming, Spring! We will continue to have dramatic play but will add hands on science and concept of print. This fun is for any age, 6months to 5 years old. PLEASE Register on the ACC website for each day and the cost is $20.00 per morning. You have to register to come by the day before! Come and play with us! At our Future Stars Camp, your camper will learn Tennis and Golf skills and techniques.

At our ACC Club Camp we will have a theme each week. Our first week (June 20-24) will be our Nature Camp. We will have creative projects and activities to spark curiosity in the outdoors. Week Two (July 25-29) will be our STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math) Camp. This week will will do awesome hands-on projects for aspiring artists and engineers.

At our Global Culinary Camp, your camper will learn skills in the kitchen and use those to create different types of food from all over the world. We will also exlore games, crafts and learn more about the culture of the area. At the end of the week, we will show our skills with a special dinner for our parents!
