Alamance Country Club has partnered with McMahon Group, a consulting firm specializing in private club services, to conduct a comprehensive Membership Survey. If you haven’t already, please check your email to see if you recieved the survey!
We ask that both adults in each member household take the survey individually to ensure a wide range of perspectives. Your feedback is vital as we plan for the future of our Club and continue providing an experience for all members.

No Friday Night Kids Club on October 31st, 2025
We’re excited to welcome your children to Friday Night Kids Club! To ensure we can provide the best care, reservations are required at least 48 hours in advanced for non-potty-trained children and 24 hours in advance for all other children. Remember to send a bag with supplies for the little ones!

Members with reservations for our Kids Club MUST be using a club amenity to secure a Kids Club reservation. Parent are required to remain on club property while their children are in Kids Club. For additional questions about Friday Night Kids Club, please contact Antonio Walters at communications@alamancecc.net.
If plans change, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice or noshows will be charged 100% of the fee, unless the spot is filled by another participant. This helps us keep the experience enjoyable and safe for all children.
