POOL UPDATE

Hello ACC Family!

This past off-season staff and committee members worked to address various parts of the service on the pool deck Here’s what we are adjusting this summer;

NEW MENU! We just changed the menu and will plan to change the menu again mid-summer.

Our staffing will have designated food runners this year to make delivery more consistent and timely.

Please only order from the APP if you are taking the food To-Go, ordering on the pool deck via the app will be slower than ordering through a server.

If you order anything from the bar, the pick up window, or at the inside counter you will be asked if you would like to keep the tab open or close out.

IF you keep a tab open and don’t close it out at the end of the evening an automatic 20% gratuity will be added.

PARENTS- please make sure you are comfortable with your kids ordering on their own if you are going to allow them to do so.

As a reminder there is NO GLASS allowed outside the doors of the family dining area and you will be asked to transfer any drinks in glass into a plastic cup

Please remember that no outside food or drink is allowed anywhere on property

We can’t wait to see you at the pool!

Adam Huffman missed his chance to win $300 in club credit. This week, the pot will increase to $400.

Be sure to join us for your chance to win!

How it Works:

Every member has their name in the tumbler. One name will be drawn at random. The winner MUST BE PRESENT IN THE GRILL OR SADDLE CLUB LOUNGE with an open ticket, club events (like wine dinners) count as being present in the clubhouse. Private banquet events do not count as being present, nor does being at Pineways. The gold starts off at $300 in credit. Each week that the name drawn is not present, the name goes back in and the pot grows by $100 (capped @ $2000). This continues until someone wins and then the pot restarts at $300.

We draw every Thursday Night at 7pm!

Must be present to win!
