Please remember - in order to maintain safety protocols, lap swimming is reserved for lap swimmers only—not for recreational swimming.
18 & Up Swimmers are welcome to enjoy the pool Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Whether you ' re training or just looking for a way to start your day, morning lap swim offers the perfect opportunity to get in the water!
Looking for a low-impact way to stay fit this summer? Join us for complimentary water aerobics beginning Monday, June 16. Classes are held Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM. Please bring your own flotation belt and enjoy a refreshing full-body workout.

We are introducing online sign-ups and live scoring for the Alamance Cup over the coming months. While members can still sign up through the Golf Shop, sign-ups will primarily be viewable online. To ensure this system works properly, each member needs to log in to their own app or club website account. Additionally, we are adding member GHIN numbers to the club database to make online sign-ups and tournament information more seamless.

Our ACC Junior 10 and Under Beginner Team qualified for the 2025 North Carolina Junior Team Tennis State Championship on July 11-13 by winning the Spring Greensboro League.
