THIS WEEK IS A COMBINATION OF TWO GREAT LIFETIME SPORTS. STUDENTS WILL GET INSTRUCTION TO IMPROVE THEIR TENNIS AND GOLF SKILLS. THE PROGRAM WILL CONSIST OF SEVERAL GAMES, TOURNAMENTS AND CHALLENGES ON A CUMULATIVE TEAM POINT BASIS. AFTER A 2.5 TO 3 HOUR GOLF AND TENNIS PORTION
THE KIDS WILL ENJOY LUNCH AT THE POOL AND HAVE A CHANCE TO COOL OFF WITH A SWIM. MINIMUM STUDENTS 8. MAXIMUM 24.

A FRIENDLY REMINDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations shall be made for all regular club functions and on any other occasions requested by the manager. For reservations canceled less than 48 hours prior to the event, the member will be charged 50% of the cost. For reservations canceled less than 24 hours prior to the event, the member will be charged 100% of the cost.
On special holidays or celebrations such as Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Buffet, if reservations are not canceled at least 48 hours prior to the event, the member will be charged 50% of the cost; less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of the cost.
A LA CARTE POLICY
It is our goal to provide all members and their guests with the best service possible. To help ensure this we must manage table size to allow both our service staff and culinary staff to deliver the expected level of service. Any reservation over 12 will not be able to order off the a la carte menu. Tables over 12 will need to make arrangements through the catering department for a personalized and limited menu. Any table with over 12 will also have a 22% service charge. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
