Our club has been a place of access to participate in many activities. Most recently the uptick in space for Mah Jongg and Bridge has urged us to change guidelines to provide the entire membership with adequate space for playing. We are offering the following arrangements:
Tuesday - Friday
Time Slot 1: 10am - 1pm
Time Slot 2: 2pm - 5pm
Each time slot has availability for 6 tables. Only one person needs to make a reservation per table. This will be located on the club calendar. You may make reservation through the app/website or through calling Jenn Handwerk at 336.584.0345. We will continue to have our Thursday evening Mah Jongg night in the Saddle Club.
Reservations will open two weeks before the sign-up date, at the start of the week!

Reservations shall be made for all regular club functions and on any other occasions requested by the manager. For reservations canceled less than 48 hours prior to the event, the member will be charged 50% of the cost. For reservations canceled less than 24 hours prior to the event, the member will be charged 100% of the cost

It is our goal to provide all members and their guests with the best service possible. To help ensure this we must manage table size to allow both our service staff and culinary staff to deliver the expected level of service. Any reservation over 12 will not be able to order off the a la carte menu. Tables over 12 will need to make arrangements through the catering department for a personalized and limited menu. Any table with over 12 will also have a 22% service charge. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Reservations may be made up to one-week in advance only and you must make a dining reservation when making your Kids’ Club reservation. A dining reservation will be required before you can make a Kids' Club reservation.
