Hello ACC Family!
As was mentioned in last week’s update we are getting ready to begin the next strategic plan for Alamance Country Club. This will be a 5 year plan that is intended to span board changes and maintain a direction that you as a membership help the Board of Directors set. The first part of your role will be in two weeks. The information gathered in the focus groups will help to formulate some of the questions that are uniquely tailored to ACC in addition to the standard questions that McMahon uses and will benchmark our responses against.
McMahon Group will be helping us to conduct these focus groups, launch and analyze a comprehensive member survey, and provide the Board with tangible data points that will help to inform the details of this strategic plan. David Dew and Kevin Morganfield will be on propertySeptember 4th and 5th to conduct several different focus groups. These will be held in the old Don Ross Grill downstairs. Jenn Handwerk at the front desk will be taking sign ups for these groups. Each group is limited to 20 members. We ask that only 1 representative from each member family sign up to attend their respective group. Sessions are expected to last roughly 90 minutes.
There are three age based groups that are open:
45 years old and younger- Thursday, September 4th at 5:00 pm
46-65 years old- Thursday, September 4th at 12:30 pm
66+ years old- Friday, September 5th at 9:00 am
