HE Suhail Al Mazrouei, UAE Minister of Energy, opened day three of World Future Energy Summit 2017 discussions with a rousing keynote address that confirmed the country’s ambitious vision as it shapes a new energy landscape for the Emirates. In the dynamic session entitled ‘Meeting the UAE’s Renewable Energy Targets’, he reminded the assembled delegates of how far the UAE, and the world, has come in looking at alternative energy solutions. “We all remember, when we started, the
aspirations and targets for renewable energy were seen by many countries as a luxury.
