DUES & FEES
Pricing
· Lots range from $850,000 - $2,100,000

· Mandatory Club initiation fee is $125,000, due at closing
· Mandatory Club dues are +/- $1,650 per month
· Condo Association dues are +/- $1,650 per month, 12 months collected at closing
· Upon re-sale, 85% of the Club initiation fee will be refunded to the seller and the remainder will be held in club reserves. The re-sale buyer will be required to pay the full Club initiation fee of $125,000 at closing.
