Set up your SAEC online account today

Are you ready to manage your energy bill more efficiently? By setting up an online account with South Alabama Electric Cooperative, you can view your daily usage, pay your bill online and even sign up to receive bill pay reminder texts. Here’s a step-by-step guide to set up your online account:

• Go to southaec.com.

• Select the Member Services tab.

• Go to My Account.

• Click Register Now, follow the prompts and you will receive a confirmation email with a link to follow. You can complete the registration process from there.

• Enter email and password.

• Access your account.

If you are a new SAEC member, you will need your first bill and account number to set up your online account. If you wish to establish your online account immediately, you can call an SAEC member service representative for help.

Note: If you are a prepaid billing member, you will need to call our office for assistance with setting up your online account.
