Establishing yourself in a new location, whether it is moving to Arab or just moving down the street, can be a busy time. We are dedicated to simplifying your transition and alleviating the stress of your move by providing assistance and support for all your moving needs. Our goal is to make your relocation process as smooth as possible, allowing you to focus on settling into your new location without the added burdens. Let us take care of the logistics and tasks associated with your move, enabling you to make one more item off your moving to-do list and ensuring a seamless transition to your new home.
Below are answers to some questions that you may have for our Customer Service Department when establishing or transferring services.
What information do I need to establish a new service?
For each service we require documentation such a purchase agreement or a lease agreement, new service application and a photo id.
Where can I find a service application?
Service applications can be obtained on our website or in the office.
What if I live out of state or not able to come into the office?
We understand that making all the stops can be a challenge and flexibility is key. Our customer service department is more than happy to assist through our website or email.
How do I transfer my power service to a new location?
Existing Members that need to transfer power will need to provide the above documentation either in the office or by email. Members are allowed to have services at two locations for up to 10 days without needing an additional deposit.

How do I disconnect services?
Disconnecting services can be completed by contacting our office to schedule a disconnection date.
