Held each year at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, the annual event has served the singular purpose of connecting diverse job seekers with various companies from across the region. e day began with brief remarks from AL DÍA founder and CEO Hernán Guaracao, Pennsylvania Convention Center President & CEO John McNichol, and Philadelphia City Representative Sheila Hess. A er their remarks and subsequent ribbon cutting, hundreds packed the Convention Center to meet with the nearly three dozen recruiting companies. Some of the companies included Independence Blue Cross, WHYY, Community College of Philadelphia, and Congreso de Latinos Unidos.z

Celebrado cada año en el Centro de Convenciones de Pensilvania, el evento anual ha servido al singular propósito de poner en contacto a diversos solicitantes de empleo con diversas empresas de toda la región. La jornada comenzó con unas breves palabras del fundador y CEO de AL DÍA, Hernán Guaracao; del presidente y CEO del Centro de Convenciones de Pensilvania, John McNichol, y de la representante de la ciudad de Filadela, Sheila Hess. Tras sus declaraciones y el posterior corte de cinta, cientos de personas abarrotaron el Centro de Convenciones para reunirse con las casi tres docenas de empresas de contratación.
