Campervan renters took travel bookings and inquiries through offline booking from their desk, calls, and referrals. So, they managed their bookings on Odoo Rental module. However, the daily operations were smooth, and they could accommodate basic booking details as far as their current setup was considered.

Odoo Rental app already provides an efficient user interface to help businesses fetch required information to reduce data entry. Moving forward, we helped the camper van renters to configure the Gantt Scheduling view.

We agreed upon customizing a simplified view to manage and analyze their upcoming and past bookings considering all the requisites.

Gantt view provides a clear timeline view for the present, upcoming, and past data.

Henceforth, they will be able to manage bookings and keep an eye on traveler's requirements and manage camper vans accordingly.

Configured Gantt view to help the rental agency employees view vehicle-wise booking. It means they can get a proper assessment of empty and booked slots to assist the travelers efficiently.

Custom search filter in the Gantt view will help the camper van managers to track the bookings between a specified time slot.

Managers and employees of Camper van rentals also have access to aggregate booking timeline for specific weeks/months/year.
