The brief is to design and develop a multi-speciality hospital at hubli, Karnataka. the hospital is an effective way to develop and cure special diseases in particular along with other general medicine diseases and injuries
The design must include
1. Emergency as well as secondar specifications with out patient department. In patient department (iPD) operation theatres and labour complexes.
2. The design is on land facing two eminent roads 15m wide road and 9m wide road on the south and west.
3. The site is also shared with a restaurant beside and in con toured at a height of 4.00m in the north and 0.00m in the south
DESIGN AIMS TO PROVIDE LUXURY FOR NEARLY 400 FAMILIES ALONG WITH OTHER AMENITIES. THE PROPOSED SCHEME CONSISTS OF THREE TYPES OF UNITS RANGING IN THE AREA OF 200SOM - 350SOM CATERING TO 750-800 MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY. THE BUILDER AIMS TO GET THE MAXIMUM ADVANTAGE OF SITE AND BUILD AN ICONIC STRUCTURE WHICH COULD INITIATE THE GROWTH OF THE RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBOURHOOD AND BE A LANDMARK FOR THE CITY
