Rick Marcelle’s 20 11/16” Giant Coastal Black Bear was taken on the first hour of the first evening after an epic hunt on Prince of Wales Island with Kurt & Trina of Treasure Hunter Lodge.

Dave Bauldauf of Michigan with a stunning Copper River spring bear. Dave is a long-time supporter of Alaska Hunting Outfitters. He has hunted dozens of times with Gus Lameroux, Clay Roberts, and Aaron Bloomquist among others. Dave is coming back with his whole family for more bears this spring. Barrett Sims of Lewisburg, TN took this 9 1/2” “Mongo” Billy during the fall of 2020 while hunting with Kodiak Outdoor Adventures. Barrett was guided by Ryan Castle and Stig Yngve.

Wade Stewart toughed it out through the worst blisters you could imagine and earned this 11 year old ram as the light was fading on the last day of the hunt! Wade was guided by Joey Klutsch and Chris Osbekoff of Aniakchak Guide Service.

Oscar Cozzini from Chicago, Il hunted with Gary “Butch” King of Wildman Lake Lodge.

Nick Blyton found the biggest, baddest, bear on Prince of Wales Island while hunting with his uncle Rick and his guides Kurt & Trina of Treasure Hunter Lodge. His ancient bruin was 21 5/16” and his hunt was amazing!!

Keith Hart and Guide/Outfitter Aaron Bloomquist with a 40x14” Dall Sheep. Keith was the lucky winner of the <1Club hunt from APHA’s Partner organizations, The Wild Sheep Foundation. Outfitted by Alaska Outfitters Unlimited. Dino Tomei from Livonia MI was guided by Kelen Lovet with Litzen Guide Service in September of 2020. Dino was quite a handful for Kelen to handle, but he managed to get Dino a nice grizzly and a moose in the early season. Good Job Dino! We will keep the backstory between us.

Jeff McMurdie of Twin Falls, ID took his moose in September of 2020. Jeff was guided by Ben Binnion of H&H Alaskan Outfitters, LLC.

Brian Hise took this nice billy after a hard hike and watching him sleeping in the cliffs for most of the day. The goat lost a horn on the fall but we luckily were able to find it. Brian was guided by Joey Klutsch and Don Dygert of Joe Klutsch’s Katmai Guide Service.

Marcus Allison and his son Cody. Marcus generously bought this hunt from APHA’s partner organization, The Wild Sheep Foundation. Marcus was lucky enough to take this perfect 42”, 13 year-old Dall Sheep and a nice Grizzly on this donated hunt from Alaska Outfitters Unlimited, guided by Aaron Bloomquist and Mckenzie Mitchell.

Bruce H of South Dakota took this excellent and very old boar with Glacier Guides, Inc. on an early September hunt with Glacier Guides, Inc. in 2020. This boar was completely unaware of the hunters’ presence and walked to mere feet before he presented a reasonable shot for Bruce to cleanly harvest this bear. With broken canines and extensive tooth damage, this old warrior was no doubt in his late teens or early 20s!

Mark Hampton of Summersville with the first of two Mt Goats he took with his revolver in the fall of 2020. Mark hunted with Kodiak Outdoor Adventures and was guided by Stig Yngve and Paul Chervenak. Mike Stillman of PA booked with Jake and Dacia Fletcher of Fletcher’s Guide Service. James Smith, guide and Mike connected on this giant 28 3/16 B&C, 19 year-old Boar on the last day of Mike’s hunt. April 2019. Never Give Up!

Rad Hastings took this beautiful old heavy 69 1/2 inch bull on the second to last day of the hunt, after sneaking in on him within 60 yards while he was surrounded by 3 cows! Rad was guided by Don Dygert and Joey Klutsch of Joe Klutsch’s Katmai Guide Service. Packer was Luke Hammond.

This magnificent 9’7” Coastal Brown Bear walked downriver to within 34 yards of Diane S who made a good shot with her lever-action .45-70 in late September 2020 while hunting with Mutts Decker of Glacier Guides, Inc. in the famed ABC Islands of Southeast Alaska After a long stretch of bad luck, Donald Chapman Jr. of Algonquin, IL realized his lifelong dream when he harvested this picture-perfect ram on August 18, 2020. He was guided by Shane Nelson & Adam Beam of Tim’s Alaskan Guide Service.

Jack S of California harvested this awesome boar along the numerous salmon streams of Southeast Alaska with Glacier Guides, Inc. during the Fall 2020 season in early September.

WINTER 2021 / www.AlaskaProHunter.org Mark Collins of Smithville, TN was guided by Derrick Campbell of H&H Alaskan Outfitters, LLC. Mark got his goat on 10/14/20.

Hunting with Glacier Guides in late Septemberr 2020, George V of Texas took this giant Coastal Brown Bear at under 30 yards as the old boar walked the salmon stream looking to bulk up for winter. This magnificent bear squared over 9 1/2’ and had a very large skull.

Steve from Alaska and Richard from North Carolina hunted with James Smith of Alaska HuntSmith. 2 days of hunting and 2 great interior Grizzly’s 7’ 6” and 8’2”. Rich’s bear went All-Time Boone and Crockett. May 2019 Jarred Drinnin took this 67” bull on the first day of the hunt after Graham found him right below the glassing hill. Jarred was guided by Graham Morrison of Joey Klutsch’s Aniakchak Guide Service.
