Jake and Bev Hawkins from Hailey ID hunted a 14-day sheep grizzly combo with Litzen Guide Service in Sept 2021. Their guide Brad Patterson was in his 21st season guiding for Litzen Guide Service and retired at the end of the season. We will miss Brad!

In late May 2021 Richard S of Yuma, AZ hunted Southeast Alaska with Glacier Guides, Inc. He had the opportunity to harvest this incredible, giant Shiras-colored Coastal Brown Bear with Zach Decker. This old boar had a giant skull and squared 9’9”

Guest Michael Bloom, of Boston, Mass, right is guided by Ron Phillips of Arctic Rivers Guide and Booking Service Dale Huntsman Ohio made a great shot at 39 yds at this big Back Bear. Dale was guided by Dustin McLeod of Alaska Raven Guides

Gary P. of Yuma, AZ joined Glacier Guides, Inc. in May 2021 and took this ancient Coastal Brown bear boar at last light with Mutts Decker. This bear was immaculately haired, and had exceptionally long claws, suggesting he had not long been out of hibernation.

In late May 2021 Richard S of Yuma, AZ hunted Southeast Alaska with Glacier Guides, Inc. He had the opportunity to harvest this incredible, giant Shiras-colored Coastal Brown Bear with Zach Decker. This old boar had a giant skull and squared 9’9”. The Mountain Goat was taken by Jason Hondros of Stevensville, MD on September 16, 2021. Jason was guided by Jimmy Paley and the packer was Cole Weaver, of Lonesome Dove Outfitters. The Goat had a green score of 53 P&Y points and will most likely make the Top 10 in the record book.

In May 2021 Joe F. of Yuma, AZ joined Glacier Guides, Inc. and harvested this tank of a Coastal Black Bear with Josh Ellis on the last day of the hunt. This gorgeous boar was courting a sow when he was taken, so good genes are flowing in Southeast Alaska!

Kyle Praster from Visalia, CA hunted the Alaska Peninsula with Litzen Guide Service on a boat hunt. Anyone who was on the Peninsula this past October knows about the extremely bad weather. In spite of the weather, Kyle was fortunate enough to get this great bear with Don Hunley as his guide. It was a great fall to live on the boat!
