The LTG's Thoughts... Hey Everyone! I hope y'all are enjoying your summer this time around! Whether you're just chilling or you're busy (I know I've been busy with marching band stuff and Key Club), I'm here to help out with anything on your mind, so please reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns. The past month has been a bit slow, and I haven't heard back much from y'all, but I hope everything is going well. The date for RTC for training new officers hasn't decided upon yet by I and the other LTGs in our region, but we are planning to hold it sometime around the beginning of school to properly start off the year. As always, don't forget to hydrate in this hot weather and stay healthy out there. Oklahoma weather sure is weird! Sincerely, Akhil Pinnapareddy

NOTE+ QUOTE

Song Recommendation: Air - Alone in Kyoto. Alone in Kyoto is a delicate song, which some may interpret is reassuring, or rather relaxing. However, it can be agreed it is very atmospheric, filled one with a sureal sense.

“Concentrate all your thoughts upon the work in hand. The sun's rays do not burn until brought to a focus.“ Alexander Graham Bell

Since the 1940s, Key Clubs have worked with March of Dimes to make a positive impact in the lives of babies everywhere. Today, Kiwanis members continue that culture of service by supporting the March of Dimes all year long by hosting service projects, raising funds and educating communities about the crisis of preterm birth.

Members work together by sponsoring fundraising events and conducting service projects at their local children's hospitals. Contact your local CMN hospital and invite a representative to a club meeting to share ideas and create a partnership.
