RE: Elaine BESS – Intersection Upgrade
We are writing to let you know about upcoming construction works at the intersection of Midland Highway and Murphys Road, Elaine. These works are being carried out to improve road safety and traffic flow in the area.
Construction is scheduled to begin on 19 September 2025, with works expected to be completed by 4 November 2025. Please note the start and end dates are subject to change, pending the Department of Transport and Planning (VicRoads) approvals.
During construction, you may notice increased activity in the area, including temporary traffic management measures. We will make every effort to minimise disruptions, and thank you for your patience while these important upgrades are completed.
