Audio Described – Live verbal commentary is given through headsets to assist patrons who are visually impaired. The description doesn’t change the performance for any guests, but fills in the gaps for those who require it. BSL Interpreted – Trained British Sign Language signers stand to one side of the stage and interpret the script used by the performers at the same time as the actions are being performed. Captioned – Similar to television subtitles, captions give patrons who are D/deaf, deafened or hard of hearing access to live performances.
