SPECIAL EDITION Pearl GAZETTE THE ALPHA KAPPA ALPHA SORORITY, INC. GAMMA THETA OMEGA CHAPTER SERVING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE, AS WE GO GREATER - TOGETHER! BASILEUS TANGELA D. DUPREE MEET YOUR FEBRUARY 2022

My Dear Sorors:

In this special edition of the Pearl Gazette, I share my vision for our beloved Chapter in the days and months ahead.

I think we can all agree, our future is bright, as we have been blessed with a solid foundation upon which to build thanks to the dynamic leaders who have paved the way. As we move toward the future, there will surely be untold opportunities that await us, and we must be ready and willing to pursue them.

In this new chapter of Gamma Theta Omega’s storied history, we have the opportunity to do more than we ever imagined, to be all that we were created to be and to courageously pursue our dreams.

I know the Sorors of Gamma Theta Omega have a mind to work and a heart to serve as such our collective load we bear will be lighter. The mission of this administration is simply to Go Greater in all our good works and deeds – and with the support of every Soror.

Sorors, there are greater tasks to begin and our legacy rest on each one doing her part. Together, we must dream big for we know that “if our dreams don’t scare us then they are not big enough,” according to Ellen Johnson Sirleaf. Together, we must be passionate about our purpose, unified in pursuit of excellence, intentional in our work and focused on caring for our Sisters.

I look forward to the days ahead with great anticipation.

Serving to make a difference, as we Go Greater - Together!
