Like, have you ever wanted something but didn't get it?

Maybe you could draw a picture about what makes you sad . . .

Or put your sad thought on a cloud in your imagination and watch it float away.

I'm feeling pretty good now. I hope you are too.

I'm sure I'll feel sad again someday. Everyone feels that way once in a while, right? Even happily-everafter books!

We can breathe in and out to calm down . . .

let our sad thoughts float away . . .

or do something nice for someone.

Feeling sad isn't fun.

But sad feelings are a normal part of life.

And they don't last forever.
