INTRODUCTION MASTER PLANNER & ARCHITECT – TRICONE DESIGN STUDIO Tricone is a diverse group of real estate professionals whose experiences span the entire life-cycle of project development from conception to completion.

Tricone Design Studio is led by Mr. Mustafa Hassonjee, IIA, who acts as Master Planner and Chief Architect.

MUSTAFA HASSONJEE IIA MS Urban Design (USA)

Mustafa Hassonjee is the founder and CEO of Tricone. He is the principal Master Planner and Architect with 32 years of experience in the design and build industry. He provides strategic leadership and guidance for the design studio.

Through his management and collaboration skills, he has set up a team that includes top tier professionals, synchronized roles, common objectives, necessary tools and methods, and the optimal project operating structures for success. These components set Tricone apart in the services they deliver for clients worldwide,

BHENDI BAZAAR UPLIFTMENT PROJECT • The project in the heart of the city involves the cluster re-development of 280 building spread across 16.5 acres of Bhendi Bazaar, in South Mumbai. Bhendi Bazaar redevelopment project is also known as Saifee Burhani Upliftment Project which is been excuting under Tricone design studio • Total budget of the re-development is 4000 crore.

• The highly-dense market place will be the first cluster redevelopment project in the city.

• Bhendi Bazaar is of 16.5 acres which is divided in to 280 plots.

• It has more than 3500 residential tenants, 1250 shops., Which totals up to 245 buildings • Of the 17 towers, 13 will be used to rehabilitate the current residents while the remaining four towers with 1,200-1,600 residential units.

• The entire bazaar has only one tree but after redevelopment it will have 700.

• A new primary school is also planned
