Tender: AHV is an Aboriginal community organisation responsible for managing over 1,500 rental properties for Aboriginal and /or Torres Strait Islander people living in Victoria. The Project of work we have invited to complete is $1m package of upgrades and maintenance to hostel used as Aboriginal social housing across the State. SOW: Supply new grandstand seating to the front of the Gloucester sports facility, The proposed Open Spectator Stand shall comply with the AS 1428.1-2009 and NCC 2019 Type C Construction with existing Amenities undercover, Class 9b Building, with 60m Travel Distance. Assess for People with a Disability and allow for seating for 151-800 people over 3 spaces. Supply and installation of Construction footings, Galvanized Steel Frame, Concrete slabs, Fold up Seating, Hand Railings, Access Ramps, Concrete Footpaths, Modification of existing services as required in the Engineers Design and Specifications supplied by MidCoast Council for the construction of Grandstand Seating Addition to the Gloucester Recreation Centre Building Location: NSW

SOW: The complete refurbishment of TAS Teaching Facility in Block A, at Cardiff High School. Works include:
• Site enabling works.
• All required demolition to facilitate new works.
• Replace vinyl flooring with new epoxy flooring
• New joinery, heavy duty shelving and work benches.
• Prepare and paint all previously painted surfaces (except existing stipple ceiling).
• Tiling of splash backs to all sinks
• Removal and storage of existing re-usable equipment for reinstallation. Contractor to provide storage container.
• Incorporation into design and install all supplied PC items and equipment.
• Supply and installation of requirement equipment to facilitate the SOW.
• Ensure all safety signage is to EFSG & NCC code – install/ alter to meet compliance.

SOW: The work involves the upgrading of existing boys’ and girls’ toilets in Block C to create individual toilet cubicles with hand basins with external doors and a service corridor down the centre to minimise vandalization of toilet amenities. All works to be completed as per engineering and architectural drawings and to comply with EFSG guidelines. Extensive asbestos removal was completed for this project in both the Girls and Boys amenities blocks. The project requires a complete hydraulics upgrades with connection to mains and a complete structural change to both buildings to accommodate the changes in layout.
