Services & Support

Chat Well supports children and young people across speech, language, attention and listening, early intervention, play skills, stuttering, literacy and social skills. Families can access speech pathology assessments and therapy, dual Autism assessments, group therapy, and counselling — delivered through clinic sessions, school visits, home visits, or teletherapy, whichever mode best suits the

family.

No GP referral is required — families can self-refer simply by getting in touch, and Chat Well is registered with Medicare and private health funds, as well as providing services to NDIS 'self-managed' or 'plan-managed' clients. Where a suitable GP-managed Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan is in place, a Medicare rebate may also be available.

This flexibility matters for busy families juggling school, therapy and everyday life. By offering clinic, mobile and telehealth appointments side by side, Chat Well allows families to choose the setting that works best for their child in a given season, rather than being locked into a single delivery mode.
