About Piston Specification Our range of Pistons varies from Dia 75 mm to 175 mm. We mostly manufacture Single Alfin and Dual Alfin Ring Carrier Pistons. The materials we use are LM 13, Hyper Entectic. Customer’s specifications for special applications can be accommodated as per the requirement of their design.

Piston Casting, carried out on Die-Casting machines. The automatic Twin Die-Casting machines make smaller Pistons while bigger Pistons are cast on Single Die-Casting machines. 5. Piston Machine Shop finally where the Pistons are put to shape through super finishing process after casting in the foundry.
