Thishasrequiredextendedhourstokeepourplantsrunningsmoothly Additionally,itcanbechallengingtoensureproperstaffingandemployee training,andIappreciatetheefforteveryonehasinvestedinmakingthisa success.Inthecurrentmarket,wehaveseenanincreaseofover20%inasphalt salescomparedto2023.Thisproductionlevelhasrequireddedicationfromour plantpersonneltomeettheincreaseddemands.
DuetounfortunatecircumstancesatourFt.Myersplant,wehadtoreplaceour plantoperatorsinashorttimewhilemaintainingaveryhighproductionlevel.The newoperatorsinFt.Myershavereallysteppedupandlearnedfromtheground uphowtoruntheplantandloadouttrucksinatimelyandefficientmanner.This isourhighest-producingplant,andwiththelargenumberofcustomersthatthe planthasdaily,ithasproventobeverychallenging,andtheteamhasrisento thechallenge.
Ajaxremainscommittedtogrowth. Weareinvestinginourequipment andensuringthatourplantsare equippedwiththenecessary improvements.Asignificantupgrade willbeimplementedatPlant1in NorthVeniceinDecember2024.
