No construction document set is every truly 100% complete, things get forgotten, things change, but at a certain point you must turn it over and hope you’ve been clear enough and specific enough to communicate your design intent and limit your liability. As in the industry, the best way to avoid too much additional work with RFI’s and over bidding from the contractor is to have had plenty of dialog during the design process. With that, the intent of this final assignment is for you to take everything you’ve learned, and go through all the feedback you have been given this semester, and update your set for 100% CD submittal.
