FIT- The linear parks and elevated park will glue the different morphologies of both residential and industrial areaswhile also creating buffer zones to absorb noise pollution.

SENSE- The elevated park will createa distinct identity of the site.

• The activities and eventswill help in minimizing the social segregation and will establish a recreational hub which the site lacks.

ACCESS- The proposal will link the prominent open spacesto make them easily accessible for the diverse crowd. .

-The design proposal is flexible and compatible with existing design proposals of Ballymount which includes increasing housing density.

-The proposal will attractmore tourists, residents and employees to the area.
