•Connection from jetty toAmbu Island which can be a great tourist spot as celebrities come over there for shooting.

•The highest point is 19m above sea level. So, the slope towards sea which led drainage line towards it which will create pollution and sanitation issue.

SKoliwada presesnt near coastline and jetty’s available on site for ﬁshing activities.

Daily ﬁshing activities are happening which help other communities to contribute and get employment to grow the economy Site has large accessibility for ﬁshing activities and most of the activities happen near sea area.

WCompact settlements. No open space for communal activities.The fishing related activities which comes under fishing harbour that is accessible from secondary road has narrow road width to have vehicular movement. Hygiene issues are there due to unclean area. Place has more odour of fish. In the morning, due to crushing of ice activity, there is lot of noise created by this.

OSite has existing 2 Jetty’s which can be accessible for ﬁshing activity which will be useful for ﬁshing harbour Site has opportunity to become a tourist destination as people visitsAmbu Island that is accessible from madh koliwada jetty and has cultural value in it. Site has natural waterbody’s like well and sea.

TDue to slippery road because of fishing related activity, accidents are happens wisely. Because of an encroachment, road width is reducing and traffic is increasing on the secondary road. Don't have enough facility to grow economy and employment of the community. Because of pollutant water they didn’t get enough catch fishThey are facing amount of daily catchment issue and ultimately it will affect their income too.

• Proposing a road - one more extension from Palm Beach Road to the site to decongest the area near DPS School.

• Widen ng of road connecting the Delhi Public School to the site (Approach Road).

• Parking spaces need to be identied w.r.t. CRZ regulations.

• Proposing Yulu bike stands and shuttle services from the Palm Beach Road to the terminal bui d ng to prov de last mile connectivity.

• Creat ng employment opportunities for Moha Koliwada people.

• It is an eco - sensitive zone so programs could be proposed accordingly.
