Palatial in its beauty, this 7 BHK modern classical bunglow follows the principles of classic design where achieving perfection in proportion was of vital importance.
Beige colored stucco cladding for exterior walls is embellished with square columns, crown moulding, cast stone urns,wrought iron gates which aids in breaking up the monolithic facade as well as defining the levels in the fivestory facade.

The concept is clear and pragmatic since it enhances mental well-being by creating genuine connections with the environment. The form is designed and oriented in such a way that it will make the visitor and other passersby who pass by from the road feel welcome.
The floors are being tilted to break up a predictable pattern and create an easyto-follow visual flow that can help the user’s mental health. This also serves as a screening from direct sunlight.
